Your Team Already Has What It Needs.
They Just Can’t See It Yet.
Leadership Development Programs
Some organizations don't need a single workshop — they need a full program. We design and deliver multi-day leadership development experiences custom-built for your organization: your leaders, your challenges, your context. Programs combine strengths-based content, live practice, executive-level simulations, peer coaching, and real feedback — not slides and lectures. Every program is built from scratch. If you're developing a leadership cohort, standing up a new leadership tier, or investing in your senior bench, this is the work we were built for. For organizations that need a broader leadership strategy — not just a program — see our consulting services.
Additional Workshops
MaryBeth also delivers targeted workshops beyond the offerings listed above. All sessions are built on a strengths-based framework and can be scaled from 90-minute sessions to multi-day programs. Looking for a keynote? See our Keynotes page. Contact tEEmatters for the full catalog.

Strengths as a Culture Strategy
If you're looking for more than a one-time event, let's talk about what a sustained strengths strategy looks like for your organization. A single workshop can shift a team. A leadership development program can shift a cohort. But embedding strengths into how your organization hires, develops, and leads — that's where the real return shows up. We work with organizations to weave CliftonStrengths® into leadership development, team operating norms, onboarding, and performance management — building a strengths-based culture that compounds over time.
LEAD FROM STRENGTH
2–3 hours | Any group size | Shorter and extended formats available

Most people spend the majority of their day operating outside their strengths. The conventional wisdom — fix the weakness, close the gap — sounds responsible. But it’s quietly draining the energy and edge out of your best performers.
This workshop changes the equation. Participants discover their CliftonStrengths® themes, then spend every minute of live time in applied work: mapping talents to real situations, identifying what energizes and drains them, and building a personal strategy they can use the next morning.
THE STRENGTHS-BASED TEAM
Half-day or full-day | Intact teams or cross-functional groups

Getting along isn’t the same as working well together. Most teams operate on cooperation — they share information, show up to the same meetings, avoid the big conflicts. That’s a long way from true collaboration, where people know what each person contributes and position one another for success.
This workshop maps the team’s collective strengths, surfaces the dynamics people feel but rarely name, and builds a shared operating language. Teams leave with concrete agreements about who brings what, where the gaps are, and how to collaborate across differences — not just good intentions.
FEEDBACK THAT BUILDS
Half-day | 2–3 hours

Most feedback conversations go one of two ways: too soft to be useful, or too blunt to land. Either way, nothing changes. This workshop gives leaders a practical feedback model they can use the same week — and teaches everyone in the room how to receive feedback without defensiveness.
Participants learn the SBIA framework for delivering feedback that’s specific and actionable, practice with real scenarios (not hypotheticals), and build strategies for receiving tough feedback using neuroscience-based tools. Both sides of the conversation get equal weight.
THE COACHING LEADER
Half-day or full-day | Managers, directors, and senior leaders

Most leaders were promoted because they were good at something. Very few were taught how to develop that same capability in the people around them. The default is directing, solving, or sidestepping development conversations entirely.
This session gives leaders a practical coaching framework they can use in the moments that actually matter: performance conversations, team friction, career crossroads, and decisions under pressure. The goal isn’t to turn every leader into a coach — it’s to give every leader the skills to develop people while doing the work.
LANDS™: STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION FOR LEADERS WHO DRIVE CHANGE
Half-day | Full-day | Embeds into leadership programs

Your leaders have the strategy. They don’t have the communication system to make it move. LANDS™ is a proprietary five-phase framework that gives leaders a repeatable approach to stakeholder analysis, message design, cascade planning, delivery, and long-term reinforcement. Built from nearly 30 years of real organizational leadership — including leading communications at Walt Disney World and change management at Allegis Group.
Strengths-based Workshops
Every session is strengths-based, built for application, and designed to change behavior — not just awareness. All workshops can be scaled from 90-minute sessions to multi-day programs. Looking for a keynote? See our Keynotes page.
