Who MaryBeth Is

MaryBeth Crawford is the founder of tEEmatters. She’s a former executive at Walt Disney World and Allegis Group who spent her career inside organizations where the employee experience wasn’t a department — it was the operating model. She is also an independent consultant with MagicMakers® Group — a consulting firm of former Walt Disney World executives — giving her the bench to take on enterprise-scale culture and leadership projects that go beyond what any solo practitioner can deliver.

At Disney, she was part of the cross-functional senior leadership team that built a leadership development program still in use more than two decades later. She also led the team that crafted Walt Disney World’s first strategic plan — the one that drew a clear, measurable link between Cast experience, Guest experience, and business results.

At Allegis Group, she was responsible for all aspects of corporate HR and HR Shared Services. She drove significant improvements in culture, retention, talent development, and change management across the enterprise — and transformed the HR operations function to drive agility, technology capability, and employee experience.

Her recent work includes a 5-level leadership development program for a state government agency — 275 leaders in year one, now entering year two — and a culture audit for a nonprofit that surfaced critical gaps in leadership alignment and employee experience.

Today, she works with leadership teams who know their people strategy needs to be better — but need someone who’s done it at scale to help them get there.

Why tEEmatters

The name says it: the Employee Experience matters.

MaryBeth founded tEEmatters because she saw the same pattern everywhere — companies investing in customer experience, product, and growth while treating the employee experience as an afterthought. And then wondering why retention was down, engagement was flat, and their best people were leaving.

tEEmatters exists to help leadership teams close that gap. Not with more programs. With better strategy, sharper leadership, and an employee experience designed to perform.
