This is one of my all-time favorite photos from my days at Disney. As the Head of Operations at Disney-MGM Studios, I had the honor and pleasure of giving Roy Disney a backstage tour of the brand-new Tower of Terror. I have to admit: I was a little awestruck spending time with Roy. He looked so much like Walt, and he had the same captivating presence that Walt exuded on The Wonderful World of Disney (a show that had defined my Sunday nights as a child!). It was pretty magical. ☺️

Truth be told, my entire experience working at Disney was pretty magical. It was so much more than just a job—it was a masterclass in the art of making magic happen. Those experiences laid the groundwork for my passion for hashtag#EX (and the link to hashtag#CX and business results!) and what eventually became tEEmatters, L.L.C.
